Fiscal 2008 Real Estate Bills

Third and Fourth Quarter Actual Real Estate and Personal Property Tax Bills for Fiscal 2008 were mailed on December 28, 2007.  Anyone not receiving a bill, please contact the Tax Collector's office at 508-636-1010.  Third quarter bills are due on February 1, 2008.  Fourth quarter bills are due on May 1, 2008.  Payments received after the deadlines are subject to 14% per annum interest.  There is NO GRACE PERIOD.  No reminders will be sent.  Payment may be made online up to the due date.  Late payments can not be made online.  Please call our office for interest payoff figures.

Fiscal 2007 Real Estate Bills 

Final Notices were mailed on September 14, 2007 for past due balances on Actual Real Estate and Personal Property Tax Bills for Fiscal 2007 (Demand notices were mailed on June 11, 2007).  Anyone not receiving a bill, please contact the Tax Collector's office at 508-636-1010.  Third quarter bills were due on February 1, 2007.  Fourth quarter bills were due on May 1, 2007.  Payments received after the deadline are subject to 14% per annum interest and demand fee.  Please call our office for interest payoff figures.

2008 Excise Bills

Calendar Year 2008 Excise bills were issued on March 19, 2008.  Payment is due no later than April 18, 2008.

2007 Excise Bills

Demand notices for bills mailed on January 7, 2008 have been issued.  Payments are now past due.  Late payments can not be made online.  Please call our office for fee and interest payoff figures at 508-636-1010.

Office hours for the Tax Collector's office are 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday and the 1st Monday night of each month from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.  NOTE: Please keep in mind the Assessor's office is closed to the public on Thursdays.
