2009 Excice bills issued 3-16-09 will be DUE 4-14-09

2009 Boat Excise Bills issued 3-16-09 are DUE 5-18-09

Payments can be made on line.

Fiscal 2009 Real Estate Bills

Third and fourth quarter Actual Real Estate and Personal Property Tax Bills for Fiscal 2009 were mailed on December 31, 2008.  Anyone not receiving a bill, please contact the Tax Collector's office at 508-636-1010.  Third quarter bills are due on February 2, 2009.  Fourth quarter bills are due on May 1, 2009. 

Payments received after the deadlines are subject to 14% per annum interest.  There is NO GRACE PERIOD.  No reminders will be sent.  Payment may be made online up to the due date.  Late payments can not be made online.  Please call our office for interest payoff figures.

Fiscal 2008 Real Estate Bills

Final notices were mailed on September 12, 2008 for past due balances on Actual Real Estate and Personal Property Tax Bills for Fiscal 2008.  Anyone not receiving a bill, please contact the Tax Collector's office at 508-636-1010.  Third quarter bills were due on February 1, 2008.  Fourth quarter bills were due on May 1, 2008.  Payments received after the deadline are subject to 14% per annum interest and a demand fee.  Please call our office for interest payoff figures.

 

Office hours for the Tax Collector's office are 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday and the 1st Monday night of each month 8:30 a.m. untill 6:00 p.m. (no longer from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.)  NOTE: Please keep in mind the Assessor's office is closed to the public on Thursdays.
