Present:    Lisa Arnold (LA), Bob McCarthy (BM), Warren Messier (WM), Tony Vieira (TV), Hugh Morton (HM), Jack Baughan (JB), John Miller (JM), Charles Baron(CB), Tracy Priestner (TP)

TV, Chair, opened the meeting at 6:30 pm.

1. TV handed out the breakdown of budget cuts for Article 2 of the Special Town Meeting.  He assured everyone that he looked over and compared it to the expense report and everything was in order.  He requested that the Accountant make a minor change to the expense report.
2. TV was notified that the Moderator asked the BOS to pass over Article 1.  The Article was to sweep two previous town meeting articles.  The Moderator felt that this should be done only at an annual town meeting.
3. TV explained the reason behind passing over Article 3.  This article was only to adjourn town meeting and reconvene in case there was an issue with article 2 and the budget fell out of balance.  
                                
The meeting then sat in recess until Special Town Meeting at 7:00 p.m.  (See attached minutes of the STM from the Town Clerk.)

Adjournment and next meeting:    There being no further business to come before this meeting, a motion was made and seconded to adjourn the meeting at 7:15pm.  The next meeting will be December 15th at 7:00 pm.
