Present:    Warren Messier (WM), Tony Vieira (TV), Lisa Arnold (LA), Bob McCarthy (BM), Jack Baughan (JB), Tracy Priestner (TP), Charles “Buzzy” Baron (BB), Hugh Morton (HM)
Absent:    John Miller (JM)

1.    TV, Chair, opened the meeting at 6:30 p.m. with the traditional salute to the flag.

2.     TV started with some handouts (see attached).  He then turned it over to BB who gave a brief presentation on the meeting with Kopelman and Paige (see attached).  There was a request for the Fincom to meet with the Planning Board on April 14th for a public hearing on their town meeting articles.

3.    Annual Town Meeting:    The rest of the meeting was spent on recommendations on the articles for the Annual and Special Town Meeting (see attached.)

Adjournment and next meeting: There being no further business to come before this meeting, HM moved and LA seconded a motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:10pm.  The vote in favor was unanimous.  The next meeting will be on April 20th at 6:00 p.m. at the Westport Town Hall.
