1. A letter was received from Steve Kellerman regarding commendation of two Westport Lifeguards.
2. A letter was received from R. Michael Sullivan, Chairman of the Conservation Commission recognizing the service of Richard Spirlet and William Burns.
3. A letter was received from the Town of Jamestown, RI inviting the Board of Selectmen to Congress of Councils to discuss Hess/Weaver’s Cove LNG.
4. A letter was received from Tom Hancock regarding Cherry & Webb Town Beach.
5. A notice of a Pre-Construction Conference for the proposed resurfacing and related work including bridge painting on a section of Interstate 195 in the Towns of Dartmouth & Westport was received.
6. An invitation to the Regional Plan for Sustainable Development: Southeastern Massachusetts was received from SRPEDD.
7. A notice was received from the DEP regarding the open solicitation period for new drinking water and wastewater projects, accepting forms for 2011 round of funding up until August 31, 2010.
8. An email was received from the Finance Committee with appointment recommendations for FY ’11 Board representatives to various committees.
9. A letter was received from John J. Baughan requesting appointment to the Westport Economic Development Task Force.
10. A letter was received from the City of Lowell,  MA regarding a “Home Rule Petition” for health insurance.
