AGENDA  October 4, 2010 7 pm Town Hall

7:00 pm: Minutes of September, 2010. Treasurers Report. Mail, General Business.

7:30 pm: Continuation of a Public hearing for a Certificate of Appropriateness, 1818 Main Rd. has been continued to November 1st @ 7:30pm. Peter and Linda Streng, owners.

7:30 pm: Preliminary review for changes to buildings at 1875-1877 Main Rd. William Pardee & Marylin Beck owners.

8:00 pm: Public Hearing for a Certificate of Appropriateness for property located at 1834 Main Road. The proposed work is to modify paint color of trim and window frames as described in Certificate of Appropriateness (approved 7/7/2010). Color changed from Hamilton Blue to White.

8:10 pm: Public hearing for a Certificate of Appropriateness for property located at 1985D Main Road. The proposed work is the demolition of an attached garage and includes additions and alterations to the existing single family dwelling. Peter B. Kelsey M.D., owner.

Discussion of Handy House as required/necessary.

Any other business that may reasonably come before the commission.
