1. 7:00 P.M - Call to order and salute the flag.
2. Approve minutes of November 11, 2010 & December 14, 2010 of the regular meetings and December 7, 2010 of the Special Town Meeting.
3. Update on Handy House closing and recording of grant agreement and review of historic preservation restriction and possible amendment to the grant agreement.
   
4. Update on status of the CPC Annual Report – due by January 24, 2011.
5. Request for CPC funding to rebuild handicap ramp at Town Hall Annex in compliance with ADA standards by E. Ostroff.
6. Status of a request received from Steve DeCosta of the Standard Times to provide a list of projects undertaken by CPA.
7. Any other business or updates that may come before the committee
8. Questions, comments, concerns?
9. Approve bills.
10. Next meeting scheduled for February 10, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall.
