2. Approve minutes of November 11, 2010 & December 14, 2010 of the regular meetings and December 7, 2010 of the Special Town Meeting and January 13, 2011. 
3. Westport Historic Inventory.  Update by Kathleen Fair and Betty Slade
4. Discussion of Amended Historical Preservation Restriction for entire property at 202 Hix Bridge Road.  Warren Messier and Liz Collins, with the Westport Historical Society, Jenny O'Neill.
5. Application for Funds by the Westport Disability Commission for repair and rebuilding of ramp at Town Hall Annex under Historic Preservation Criteria.  Elaine Ostroff
6. Application for Funds and Update of Activities by the Westport Affordable Housing Trust. Dianne Baron, Elaine Ostroff, Leonardi Aray, Housing Specialist and Board members.
7. Application by the Westport Estuaries Committee for Funds under Open Space Criteria.  David Cole
8. Application for Funds for Digitization of historic documents on tax and other records in the Town Vault: Phase 1 under Historical Preservation Criteria.  Any other business or updates that may come before the committee.  Betty Slade.
9. Any other business that may come before the committee.
