1. 7:00 P.M - Call to order and salute the flag.
2. Approve minutes of November 11, 2010 & December 14, 2010, January 13, 2011 and February 10, 2011 of the regular meetings and December 7, 2010 of the Special Town Meeting. 
3. Trustee of Reservations and the Land Trust to discuss the Desjardins-Brunswick conservation restriction that has been reviewed by Town Council.  The Trustees of Reservations request the funds be released for the restriction.  Chris Detwiller, Jennifer Dubois and Peggy Stevens. 
4. Update on the Oscar Palmer Farm regarding the present status and proposed sale and recommendations by the Agricultural Open Space Trust Fund Committee referencing the number of offer received and those being considered.
5. Update on Annual Report.  B. Slade.
6. Recap of the annual fund balances.
   
7. Discussion of the application for Funds by the Westport Disability Commission for repair and rebuilding of ramps at Town Hall Annex and the Council on Aging under Historic Preservation Criteria.  E. Ostroff
8. Discussion of the application for funds for the Activities by the Westport Affordable Housing Trust.   
9. Discussion on the application by the Westport Estuaries Committee for Funds under Open Space Criteria.  David Cole
10. Application for Funds for the Westport Affordable Housing/Greenwood Terrace common hallways and stair landings re-tiling.  L. Collins.
11. Discussion on the application for Funds for Digitization of historic documents on tax and other records in the Town Vault: Phase 1 under Historical Preservation Criteria.  Any other business or updates that may come before the committee.  B. Slade.
12. Set Public Hearing for April 14, 2011 at 7:10 p.m. and language for newspaper advertisement and date of publication.
13. Set language for warrant articles for the Annual Town Meeting (ATM) Warrant no later than date TBD and discussion relevant to ATM as to why CPC should continue and the benefits to the community.
14. Any other business that may come before the committee.
