Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.

Members present: Bob Bergeron, Eileen Sheehan, Nancy Carleton, Dianne Barron

Absent: Hugh Morton

Minutes of January 19, 2010. Dianne motioned to accept Nancy second. The vote was unanimous.

Bob spoke with Mike Coughlin, Town Administrator (Diane) regarding the Mass Municipal Personnel Association subscription. Mike stated that the monies would be put in the Budget for the subscription.

Eileen spoke with Tony Viera regarding the AdHoc Committee.

Bob spoke with Paul Schmidt regarding job descriptions; non union positions are the responsibility of the Personnel Board.

Dianne motioned to write the BOS, per Oct 28, 2009 meeting of the Personnel Board, to review the Job Description of the Town Administrator position with the Town Administrator, making the necessary changes and submit it to the BOS. The Personnel Board will also forward an evaluation based on the Town Administrator’s input. Nancy Carleton second. The vote was unanimous. Bob will speak with Mike, Town Administrator, on his availability for a meeting. (tentatively March 24^th or 25^th). Eileen suggested to compare the Job Descriptions of similar Towns to present to the BOS for review.

It is the hope of the Personnel Board to come up with a format to be used Town wide for Job Descriptions.

Dianne motioned to adjourn at 8:00 p.m. Eileen second. The vote was unanimous.
