1. 7:00 P.M - Call to order and salute the flag.
2. 7:05 p.m. Adjourn the regular meeting until conclusion of the Public Hearing being held this evening at 7:10 p.m.

1. 7:10 p.m. Convene the Public Hearing to seek input from the public.

1. Motion to reconvene in regular session at the conclusion of the Public Hearing.

1. Re-cap of the Oscar Palmer Farm project and current status by the TTOR/WLCT – Chris Detwiler and Jennifer Dubois.

1. Review of Special Town Meeting Warrant Article and source of funding for necessary transfers.  Discuss percentages and amounts to be transferred to designated and un-designated funding.

1. Short report on status of Amended Historical Preservation Restriction on the Handy House property. Confirmation of Mass Historical Commission's role.  Warren Messier

1. Handling of vouchers for payments under approved CPC projects. 

1. Revised CPC balances from the Town Accountant as of 4/1/2011. 

1. Expenditures by projects - FY 03 to present. 

1. Petition to revoke CPA in Westport.  CPC response at Town Meeting on May 24.

1. Any other business that may come before the committee.

1. Questions, comments, concerns?

1. Approve minutes of March 10, 2011. 

1. Approve bills.

1. Next meeting scheduled for May 12, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall
