THURSDAY APRIL 14, 2011

1. 7:10 p.m. motion to convene into the Public Hearing to seek input from the public in accordance with MGL, Ch 44B for the following projects proposed for acceptance at the 2011 Annual Town Meeting and to take any other action relative thereto:

 

a)      Town Hall Annex and the Council on Aging Accessibility Project under Historic Preservation Criteria. 

b)      Westport Affordable Housing Trust Project under Community Housing Criteria.   

c)      Westport Estuaries Committee Project under Open Space Criteria.

d)     Westport Affordable Housing Greenwood Terrace Project under Community Housing Criteria.

e)      Preservation of historic Town records Project under Historical Preservation Criteria. 

 

 

1. Sources of funds for proposed projects

a)      Open Space reserves 

Estuaries Project $20,000

b)      Community Housing reserves 

Greenwood Terrace - about $17,000 

AHT   $136,450

c)      Undesignated fund balances 

Town Records $20,000

Town Annex and COA ADA work $23,813
