7:00 pm: Minutes of March 4, 2011. Minutes of Special Meeting, March 17, 2011. Treasurers Report. Mail, General Business.
7:30 pm: Public Hearing for a Certificate of Appropriateness for 1985D Main Rd. The proposed work requests a change to plans approved February 7, 2011. Add one (1) casement window at North-facing dormer. Peter Kelsey, owner.
7:45 pm: Application for a Certificate of Non-Applicability for 1950 and 1950B Drift Road. The proposed work is for a new, mounded septic system. The applicant states the work will not be visible from a public way. Nancy Burkholder, owner.
8:00 pm: Application for a Certificate of Non-Applicability for 1903 Main Rd. The proposed work is to replace the roof, and replace cornice molding, like for like. Kirsten Newcomer, et al, owners.
8:05 pm: Application for a Certificate of Non-Applicability for 2037 Main Rd. The proposed work is to replace the bulkhead on the west side of the main house, same design and materials. Betty F. Slade, owner.
8:10 pm: Approval of the Palmer Farm Historic Preservation Restriction. A final copy has been given to the members of the Oscar Palmer farm sub-committee for their review. Chris Detwiller of The Trustees of Reservations presenting.
Discussion of 1813 Main Rd. as it may be required.
Discussion of barn preservation, town-wide.
Discussion of possible field trip to visit the historic Pierce House in Dorchester, MA
Any other business that may reasonably come before the Commission.
