SC called the meeting to order at 7:04.

Sharon Connors asked Joseph Furtado (JF) to give the WHC a report on his building plans for the house and corn crib apartment at 1813/1815 Main Road. JF reported that he plans to dispose of the remains of the fallen house, install sills and decking on the existing foundation. After this ‘buttoning up’ of the house site for the public safety is complete, he will concentrate his effort to completing the corn crib apartment so that it will be ready to rent. He will then rebuild the house per WHC approved plans with a goal for having the framing complete by late summer.

GM informed JF that the WHC expects him to reuse the 4 remaining original window frames from the original east wall of the house along with the orignal doorway. JF was non-commital on this request.

Ed Jackson voiced his opinion that the sash should be of an earlier style than the existing Victorian sash. He was shown the WHC approved drawings which indicate that new 6”x 8” light sash has already been approved for the house.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:15.
