1. 7:00 P.M - Call to order and salute the flag.
2. Approve April 14, 2011 Regular and Public Hearing Minutes. 
3. Report to be given to Board of selectmen on attendance of CPC members and request for reappointments.
4. Discussion on WYAA /Len Santos Route 177 recreational site, Soccer and Baseball Fields by Bob Grillo.
5. Discussion on painting exterior of Town Hall Annex and repair and surfacing of maple floors in hallway and main hearing room.
6. Completion report on public and private cemetery preservation project by Betty Slade.
7. Interim report on American Legion Hall/School District 18 by Lino Rego.
8. Interim report on Westport Grange 181 Hall restoration project by Jay DeNardo.
9. Business relating to Town Meeting warrant articles and preparation and printing of handout literature.
10. Report on search for and filing of minutes 2002-2007 with the BOS by Betty Slade; authorization for payment for 2002-2007 search of minutes for proper filing.
11. Any other business that may come before the committee.
12. Questions, comments, concerns?
13. Approve bills.
14. Next meeting scheduled with the BOS Monday May 16, 2011 to review the funding of the Historic Handy House property and preparation of grant agreement as reviewed and recommended and approved by Town Council, the DOR and CPA Coalition; and  June 9, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall.
