Present:    Bob McCarthy (BM), Jack Baughan (JB), Charles “Buzzy” Baron (BB), Hugh Morton (HM), John Miller (JM), Mark Carney (MC), Warren Messier (WM), Tracy Priestner (TP)

Absent:    Marybeth Ferrarini (MF)

1.    HM, Chair, opened the meeting at 6:00 p.m.

2. A Year-end Transfer was presented for approval from the Fincom expenses to the Fincom personnel line to cover the clerk’s salary in the amount of $300.  BM made a motion and WM seconded the motion to approve the transfer.  The vote was unanimous in favor with 5 in attendance.  The meeting then sat in recess until the Annual Town Meeting convened at 7:00 p.m.

Adjournment and next meeting:    There being no further business to come before this meeting, a motion was made and seconded to adjourn the meeting at 9:50 pm.  The next meeting will be June 14th at 7:00 p.m.
