7:00 pm: Minutes of June 6, 2011, Treasurers Report, Mail, General Business.
7:30 pm: Preliminary review for 1963 Main Rd. to add dormer(s). Beverly Schuch presenting.
7:45 pm: Introduction by Chris Detwiller (TTOR) of Laurie Marinone and Norm Anderson, the new owners of the Oscar Palmer Farm. Overview of their preservation plans for the property, and for more immediate work planned for the out buildings.
8:15 PM: Application for a Certificate of Non-Applicability for 1834 Main, Bob Tripp, owner. The proposed work is for repair of decking and handrails on rear deck, like for like, and repair of shed walls at rear of house, like for like. The applicant states the shed is not visible from a public way.
