Affordable Housing Trust Fund/ Housing Partnership Committee

August 3, 2011

Members Present: Liz Collins (LC), Brian Corey (BC), Warren Messier (WM), Elaine Ostroff (EO, Catherine Williams CW).

Member absent: Craig Dutra CD).

Present: Housing Specialist, Leonardi Array (LA),Sarah Raposa, Planning Board Consultant.

CW called the meeting to order at  4:05.

1.  Invoices authorized to pay included:

- SITEC, $2,204 for wetland delineation & survey of School St property. Moved by: LC     2^nd by EO. Unanimous.

- East Bay Newspapers, $357 for the Noquochoke RFP legal ad. Moved byWM,  2^nd by LC. Unanimous.

 2.   Proposal review for Noquochoke submitted by TCB – The Community Builders.

General plan meet frequently - possibly weekly - to come to a common voice on the merits and concerns of the proposal.

The Committee looked over the Noquochoke village proposal from Community Builders, discussed a few of the highlights, and agreed to schedule further discussions regarding the specifics of the proposal prior to taking a vote to accept or reject.

BC moved and EO seconded that the meeting be adjourned at 5:35pm. Unanimous approval.
