4. Westport Youth Athletic Association Proposal by Bob Grillo at the Len Santos property athletic fields.
5. Westport Public Library update on archival materials and final invoice by Sue Branco.
6. Oscar Palmer Farm Grant Agreement update by Warren.
7. Presentation by Claude Ledoux of the financial status of CPA 2002-to date of all past projects, T.M. authorizations, and project expenditures any unexpended balances.
8. Presentation and discussion by Betty Slade of the past years accounting of CPC funds and funded projects to date.
9. Town Hall Floors update by Warren.
10. Town Hall Annex update by Warren.
11. Approve bills.
