Approved Minutes AHTF/HPC Sept 28, 2011

Convened at 3:40 PM

Present were: Brian Corey (BC), Elizabeth Collins (EC), Catherine Williams (CW),

Elaine Ostroff (EO). Absent: Warren Messier (WM), Craig Dutra (CD).

1. Minutes of Sept 7 were approved unanimously as amended. Add CW to Attachment 1.

Moved by EC, 2nd by CW.

2. Trust meeting with Town Treasurer: Kathleen O’Donnell memo was emailed to

Treasurer George Foster. Meeting hasn’t been held.

3. HAO September Newsletter was discussed. Distribution will be: emailed to the usual

lists and posted in the Town hall, 2nd floor shelves. Also to be sent as Press release to FR

Herald News, New Bedford Standard Times, Chronicle, and Shorelines. Suggestions

made for formatting.

4. Town Employee Survey. Content approved and will be sent to BOS for approval.

Discussion of distribution: EC will manage. EO to get information re numbers.
