- 7:00 p.m. Call to order and salute the flag.
- Approve minutes of November 10, 2011 & December 15, 2011.
- Westport Affordable Housing Trust Update, Catherine Williams.
- Central Village Improvement Committee Update, Elaine Ostroff.
- Estuaries Project. Request for approval of funding of a contract for $5,000 for a professional peer review of the Estuaries Report. David Cole, Chair of Estuaries Committee.
- Preservation of Town Records. Update on status of approved projects for microfiliming and scanning of historic town documents. Application for funding of the next phase of the project. Betty Slade, Project Director.
- Preliminary Review of a historic preservation project. Preservation of the historic Westport Point United Methodist Church. Discussion of a proposal to preserve the sanctuary and support the structure of the stain-glassed windows and do external painting, Kevin Newcomb.
- Update on status of a deed restriction on the town-owned playing fields leased to the WYAA.
- Update on personal research of CPA accounting in Westport. Michael Sullivan.
- Clarification of the bidding process required for WYAA and WUYS projects which have been considered for recommendation at Town Meeting. Warren Messier
- Reallocation of part of undesignated reserve funds into community housing reserve funds. Warren Messier
- Letter received from Planning Board on the Strawberry Fields application by the WLCT.
- Town Hall preservation project: Floors. Warren Messier
- Update on photography of murals in Town Hall Annex and completion of painting. Warren Messier
- Payment of Town Counsel bill for preparation of grant agreement for the Oscar Palmer Farm.
- Draft Annual Report
- DEP Annual Monitoring Fee.
- Approve bills.
- Next Meeting: February 16th, 2012 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall.
